Terms of Service

To use pgrus you must:

• →Be at least 18 years of age
• →Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• →Not be prohibited from using the platform under applicable law
• →Complete identity verification (KYC) to access investment features

You are responsible for:

• →Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• →All activity that occurs under your account
• →Ensuring all information you provide is accurate and up to date
• →Using a unique username that does not impersonate others
• →Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised account use

As a founder, you agree that:

• →All project information you submit is accurate and not misleading
• →You have the legal right to seek investment for your project
• →Financial metrics (MRR, users, growth) are truthful and verifiable
• →You will complete identity verification before posting projects
• →Misrepresentation of your project may result in immediate account suspension and legal action

As an investor, you acknowledge that:

• ⚠All investments carry risk and you may lose money
• ⚠pgrus does not provide financial, legal, or investment advice
• ⚠You are solely responsible for your investment decisions
• ⚠You must complete accredited investor verification (KYC Stage 3) before expressing investment interest
• ⚠Expressing interest on the platform does not constitute a binding investment commitment

pgrus charges a 5% success fee on completed investment transactions facilitated through the platform. This fee is payable by the founder upon receipt of funds.

You must not:

• ✗Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• ✗Impersonate any person or entity
• ✗Use the platform for money laundering or other illegal activities
• ✗Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
• ✗Scrape or harvest data from the platform
• ✗Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform
• ✗Post spam, unsolicited promotions, or malicious content

The platform is provided "as is". We make no guarantees about the accuracy of project information posted by founders. To the fullest extent permitted by law, pgrus is not liable for any investment losses, business decisions made based on platform information, or indirect/consequential damages.
